Andrew Borchini joined Finsbury as a Director in 2019 after spending more than a dozen years working at the intersection of financial services, regulatory and public policy, and law. Before joining Finsbury, Andrew was a Director in the Regulatory Relations & Policy group at Barclays, where he worked extensively with the bank’s key regulators, including the Federal Reserve, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the New York State Department of Financial Services. Prior to Barclays, Andrew served as a Senior Advisor to U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand and as a litigator at Boies, Schiller & Flexner. He has a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.
