Anjali joined Finsbury in 2008 and co-leads the Consumer team. She specialises in financial and corporate communications, crisis & reputation management and brand building and positioning across a number of FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and private clients. Her retained clients include Taylor Wimpey, Sky, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Dr. Martens, Bridgepoint and Hays. Her crisis and transactional experience includes the cross-border merger of Ahold and Delhaize, the merger between Alliance Boots and Walgreens, the defence of Sky from News Corporation's proposed £12 billion approach, and the defence of Cadbury from Kraft Foods' hostile bid and subsequent recommended offer. Prior to joining Finsbury, Anjali was a Senior Associate at Deloitte and worked on the audits of clients including Carphone Warehouse and Tomkins. Anjali is a part-qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an Honours degree in Management Studies from the University of Nottingham.
