Rowley Hudson joined Finsbury in 2010. He advises clients across a wide range of sectors on all aspects of their financial, corporate and strategic communications. His special situations experience includes extensive crisis communications work with Volkswagen in both the U.S. and Europe. Before moving to the New York office Rowley led the Industrials team in London, where his transactional experience included the merger of Glencore and Xstrata, the merger of Sorin and Cyberonics and the listing of Coca-Cola HBC on the London Stock Exchange. His other retained clients include ABB, Statoil and Enel. Prior to joining Finsbury, he worked at the Financial Times for two years and at RCS Mediagroup in Milan for eighteen months. Rowley holds a BA Honours degree in Modern European Languages and Literature from the University of Durham and speaks French and Italian.
