Stuart Fischer, who joined the firm in 1994, provides communications advice to senior executives regarding crisis and issues management, media relations, major transactions and business developments, executive transitions, employee communications, labor and employment issues, and strategic positioning. His experience spans many industries: media and entertainment, professional services, health care, retail (including mobile payments and electronic retail), education, and not-for-profits. Previously, Stuart was at Geto & de Milly, a New York communications and government relations firm. He has held communications positions with CBS News; the City of New York; and U.S. Rep. Peter A. Peyser (R/D-NY).
Stuart serves on the Board of Trustees of NYSCI (The New York Hall of Science) and was Chairman of the Board of Metropolitan Montessori School in Manhattan for eight years.
Stuart is a graduate of Colgate University (B.A., philosophy). He lives in Manhattan with his lovely bride, Jeanette. He is an avid outdoorsman.
