Luciana joined Finsbury bringing with her over 14 years' experience in digital strategy, integrated marcomms and brand positioning. She has worked across the energy, tourism and media sectors in the UK, France and the UAE. Luciana was the youngest member of the executive start-up team that launched The National, Abu Dhabi’s first English language newspaper, in 2008. She led digital strategy, set up and edited the newspaper’s website. She went on to launch Visit Abu Dhabi’s award-winning portal and social media in 2012, managing digital comms across its channels. Luciana started up ADNOC Distribution’s online and social media presence, developed the company’s IR digital products, and led a brand strengthening campaign in the run up to the company’s IPO in 2017 - the Middle East’s largest and most successful in a decade, which raised $851 million.
