Sheena Shah is a Director in Hong Kong and has over a decade of experience in advising private and listed companies across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. She specialises in corporate reputation, financial communications, restructuring and cross border transactions, and has worked across a range of sectors and projects. These include advising on the acquisition of Sky News by 21st Century Fox, the merger of the National Bank of Abu Dhabi and First Gulf Bank, the bid by Pfizer for AstraZeneca, the debt restructuring for Kazakhstan’s BTA Bank, the acquisition of the LME by the HKEx and advising The Jardine Matheson Group on the transfer of its subsidiaries to a standard listing on the LSE. Sheena has previously worked for Brunswick in the UK and Abu Dhabi, and in-house at Jefferies Investment Bank. She began her career in banking at Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Asset Management.
