Ben Waldron is a Director at Finsbury. Before re-joining Finsbury, Ben oversaw the content operation at Sprinklr, a leading customer experience software company. Ben served as the lead writer for Sprinklr — handling blogs, case studies, and web copy & ad copy — and was the project manager for The World’s Most Influential CMOs 2018, a report the company developed in partnership with Forbes and LinkedIn.
Prior to working at Sprinklr, Ben was at strategic communications firm Joele Frank, where he supported multiple Fortune 500 companies on M&A and shareholder activism issues. Ben began his career at Finsbury, working on crisis and reputational issues on behalf of leading financial institutions, automakers, healthcare companies, and public organizations. Ben received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tufts University.
