Amanda joined Finsbury in 2012 and advises on corporate, financial and crisis communications for FTSE 350 and Fortune 500 companies, particularly across the TMT and retail/consumer sectors. She has a range of cross-border capital markets experience including Comcast’s acquisition of Sky, SoftBank’s acquisition of ARM Holdings, SABMiller’s takeover defence against AB InBev and the Walgreens-Alliance Boots merger. Her pro bono work includes football’s Twinning Project and the Equality FC campaign for gender pay equality. Amanda holds a Masters degree from Oxford University and a Bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
