Dorothy joined Finsbury in 2008 and advises clients in a variety of sectors including consumer, natural resources, financial services, transportation and capital goods. She has worked with clients at various stages of development to help expand their profile and enhance their reputations through focused and data-led campaigns. Dorothy has supported clients on numerous M&A and IPO transactions including the IPOs of Glencore and Infinis, acquisition of BG Group by Royal Dutch Shell and the Cadbury defense against Kraft. Prior to joining the company, she spent 6 years at Goldman Sachs working in the Investment Banking Division in both London and New York as well as the Firmwide Strategy Group where she focused on proprietary M&A, new business development and Board communications. She sits on the boards of Which?, the U.K.'s largest consumer rights organisation and Post Holdings (NYSE: POST) the U.S. consumer packaged goods company. Dorothy holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in business from Florida A&M University and is a dual British and American citizen.
