Humza has been with Finsbury since 2010 – joining in London, then moving to Singapore in 2014 to develop the firm’s business in Southeast Asia, and returning to London in October 2016. He has experience advising on high profile transactions, reputation building campaigns and crises in London and Southeast Asia. In terms of reputational building campaigns, Humza has advised companies such as Ola, KPMG, Starbucks, Singapore Exchange (SGX) and Centrica. His recent transaction experience includes Advent’s acquisition of Cobham, Takeda’s acquisition of Shire, Nexi’s IPO and Noble’s debt-for-equity restructuring. His clients have also included Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), Foxconn, 3i, Terra Firma, Experian, Alliance Trust, Activision and Air Liquide. Humza graduated with Honours from the University of Nottingham, where he studied Business Management.
