Rowley Hudson joined Finsbury in 2010. He advises clients across a wide range of sectors on all aspects of their financial, corporate and strategic communications. His special situations experience includes extensive crisis communications work with Volkswagen in both the U.S. and Europe and providing litigation communications counsel to UBS.
Before moving to the New York office, Rowley led the Industrials team in London, where his transactional experience included the merger of Glencore and Xstrata, the merger of Sorin and Cyberonics and the listing of Coca-Cola HBC on the London Stock Exchange.
Prior to joining Finsbury, Rowley worked at the Financial Times in London and RCS MediaGroup in Milan.
Rowley holds a BA Honours degree in Modern European Languages and Literature from the University of Durham and speaks French and Italian.
